Terms and Conditions for Aviatied Cleaning Solutions Services

  1. Scope of Services: Aviated Cleaning Solutions agrees to provide aircraft cleaning services as outlined in the agreement between the Company and the client. Services may include interior and exterior cleaning, detailing, sanitization, and other related services as agreed upon.
  2. Booking and Scheduling: Clients must book services in advance through the Company's designated booking channels. Scheduling is subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational constraints.
  3. Access to Aircraft: The Client must ensure that the Company's cleaning crew has access to the aircraft during the scheduled cleaning appointment. Any security or access procedures specific to the Client's facility or location must be communicated to the Company in advance.
  4. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive materials from the aircraft before the scheduled cleaning appointment. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to items left onboard.
  5. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client agrees to pay all charges associated with the services as outlined in the agreement or invoice provided by the Company.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing a minimum of 24 hours notice to the Company. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee at the Company's discretion, usually a 90% refund can be given.
  7. Quality Assurance: The Company strives to deliver high-quality cleaning services to its Clients. In the event that the Client is not satisfied with the quality of the services provided, the Client must notify the Company within 24 hours of completion of the cleaning appointment. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and rectify the situation promptly.
  8. Liability and Insurance: Insurance can be purchased separately if required. However, the Client acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any damage to the aircraft or its contents arising from the provision of cleaning services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company's employees or agents.
  9. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Client's use of the Company's services, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  11. Amendment and Termination: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Company's services following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions by the other party.
  12. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

By engaging Aviated Cleaning Solutions for aircraft cleaning services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
